Dr. Daneri began her career as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department in 1999, and currently works as an Associate Nurse Manager in an Emergency Department / Level 2 Trauma Center. She is accountable for ensuring high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, abiding by the policies and procedures of the organization, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards. She holds a PhD in Nursing as well as 2 Masters' Degrees in the areas of Nursing and Healthcare Business (MSN, MBA/HC). She is an expert on reviewing/auditing medical records and can address key issues of nursing practice and how they deviate from the standards of care; Dr. Daneri has extensive knowledge on accreditation, staffing, quality control, and inner-workings of the emergency department and overall healthcare system.
